Studio Policies

Certain services require a booking payment, retainer, deposit, or valid payment method securely on file through the approved Masters At Werk booking/payment system in order to reserve appointment time.

No appointment is considered reserved until the required booking protection has been received and accepted by Masters At Werk.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific service section below, booking payments are non-refundable but may be transferred when an appointment is rescheduled within the required notice period.

No credit card numbers are collected through website acknowledgment forms.

SoftTap permanent makeup is performed over multiple sessions.

Session 1 establishes the foundation.

Session 2 refines shape, density, and symmetry based on healed results.

In some cases, an additional refinement session may be recommended to complete the treatment properly.

SoftTap is a gradual process. Final results are based on healed results, skin condition, pigment retention, aftercare, and proper treatment timing.

SoftTap treatments must be completed within 16 weeks of the first appointment in order to maintain treatment continuity and proper pigment retention.

Sessions not completed within this timeframe may require a new booking or may be treated as a touch-up service, depending on current skin condition and pigment presence.

Clients returning more than 24 months after their last completed session may require reclassification depending on current pigment presence and skin condition.

When significant fading or structural loss has occurred, the service may be performed as a restoration procedure rather than a standard maintenance visit.

We will determine the final service classification after evaluation.

To reserve follow-up SoftTap sessions, Masters At Werk requires a $100 continuation deposit at the time the next appointment is scheduled.

This deposit protects the reserved appointment time and is applied toward the service performed at that visit.

Follow-up appointments are not reserved until the continuation deposit has been received.

If you reschedule 48 hours or more before the appointment time, the continuation deposit may transfer to the new date.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations and missed appointments, forfeit the continuation deposit.

A new continuation deposit is required before scheduling another follow-up appointment.

Esthetic treatments support skin health, balance, and improvement.

Results vary depending on skin condition, lifestyle habits, treatment consistency, and aftercare adherence.

Some concerns require a series of treatments for optimal results. Your provider will recommend an appropriate treatment plan when needed.

For one-time esthetics services, Masters At Werk may require a non-refundable booking retainer of 50% of the service price to reserve the appointment.

This retainer is applied toward the service total when the client attends the appointment.

Esthetic appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or appointments that cannot be completed due to client circumstances, may result in forfeiture of the applicable retainer or a cancellation fee equal to 50% to 100% of the scheduled service.

The exact fee may depend on the amount of time reserved, the preparation involved, and whether the appointment time can be refilled.

If Masters At Werk must cancel the appointment, we will refund the esthetics retainer or transfer it to a new date.

If a card on file is declined for a late cancellation fee, missed appointment charge, or applicable policy-related balance, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before any future appointment may be booked, confirmed, or honored.

Repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, or scheduling issues may require a new booking payment before future appointments may be reserved.

Clients may receive an automated confirmation reminder prior to their scheduled appointment.

If confirmation is requested, clients must confirm the appointment to maintain the reservation.

Failure to confirm an appointment when requested may result in the appointment being released at the discretion of Masters At Werk.

Appointment confirmation refers only to confirming attendance for the existing reserved appointment.

It does not cancel, reschedule, or modify the appointment.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

We may accommodate a grace period of up to 10 minutes when possible.

Arrivals beyond this timeframe may result in reduced treatment time or require rescheduling.

If a late arrival prevents the service from being performed safely or properly within the remaining time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees, retainers, or deposits may be forfeited.

Permanent Makeup services require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Esthetic services require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than the required notice, including same-day cancellations and missed appointments, may result in forfeiture of the applicable retainer or deposit and, when applicable, a cancellation fee.

No-show appointments may result in the loss of the booking retainer or continuation deposit.

To keep scheduling clear and accurate, request appointment changes using the approved communication methods below.

Accepted scheduling methods:

• Phone call is preferred.
• Email is accepted.

Not accepted for scheduling changes:

• Social media messages are not accepted for appointment cancellations, rescheduling, or schedule changes.
• Text messages are not accepted unless specifically directed by Masters At Werk.
• Voicemail alone is not accepted as confirmation of a cancellation or reschedule.

A cancellation or reschedule is not complete until Masters At Werk confirms it.

If you email a scheduling request and do not receive a reply within two studio business days, Tuesday through Saturday, you must call the studio to confirm the request was received.

No confirmation means the appointment has not been canceled or rescheduled.

Masters At Werk maintains a respectful and professional studio environment.

Masters At Werk reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if communication becomes hostile, inappropriate, or disruptive to the studio environment.

Masters At Werk reserves the right to require additional booking protection, limit advance scheduling, or decline future appointments when repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, confirmation failures, or scheduling issues occur.
